General Policy
1. Always double check your order details before submitting the form. We will not be liable if you entered the wrong information. This also applies to information sent via direct message on twitter.
2. Clicking the 'submit' button in the form or 'mining' an item on twitter means that you are 101% sure and will be able to pay your order/s on or before the deadline.
3. We are not liable for any defects or any missing inclusion by the manufacturer.
4. We are also not liable for any damages (& missing items) that may occur during the international and local shipment of your order/s, but rest assured that we will pack your orders securely.
5. Local shipping fee will be paid once items are onhand.Cancellation of Orders
1. As much as possible, strictly NO cancellation of orders. Please be a responsible buyer.
2. However, if you wish to cancel your order/s, please note that you have to pay for 50% of the total amount of your order/s. Failure to do so will result in tagging you as a joy reserver.Bogus Buyer / Joy Reserver
1. Anyone who is identified as a bogus buyer or joy reserver will be posted and blacklisted.
